Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide feedback.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective sales operations.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to upper management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Preferred Qualifications:
